1. Serialised Items and FFL Requirement
a. All serialised items, including firearms, are required to be shipped directly to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
b. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select an FFL from our list of available options.
c. If your desired FFL does not appear in the provided options, please instruct them to contact us directly with a copy of their up-to-date FFL.
2. Choosing an FFL During Checkout
a. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select an FFL from our authorised list. This ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Ensure that the selected FFL is willing to receive the shipment on your behalf.
3. FFL Contact Information
a. If your preferred FFL is not listed, please provide them with our contact information for them to reach out to us directly.
b. The FFL should send a copy of their up-to-date FFL HERE.
4. FFL Verification
a. Texas Ordnance Company will verify the FFL information provided by the receiving dealer to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
b. Once verified, we will proceed with the shipment of the serialised items to the selected FFL.
5. Customer Responsibility
a. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the selected FFL for the transfer and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
b. Any additional fees imposed by the FFL for the transfer are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Shipping Restrictions
a. Serialised items will not be shipped to addresses other than the verified FFL’s licensed premises.
b. Texas Ordnance Company will not ship serialised items to locations where they are prohibited by law.
