Throughout the product’s lifespan, Texas Ordnance Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the firearm/part or defect at our discretion. We cover transportation and insurance charges for the return of the firearm to the owner for valid warranty claims. This warranty is transferable for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm or part, except in cases where firearm modifications have occurred, voiding the warranty. Normal wear and damage resulting from careless handling, neglect, repairs and adjustments, corrosion, and the use of improper or substandard ammunition are not covered
what is not covered
Texas Ordnance Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages related to economic loss or property injury, whether due to express or implied warranty, negligence, or other factors. Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and therefore, the above limitation might not apply to you. Texas Ordnance Company disclaims responsibility for results stemming from careless handling, unauthorized adjustments, defective or low-quality ammunition, corrosion, neglect, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.
Initiating a claim
To begin a Warranty claim, contact Texas Ordnance Company Customer Service via email using the provided contact form. Customer service will issue an RMA number for the return of the firearm. Warranty claims must include the completed RMA and be included in the box with the firearm or part. The firearm or part in question must be shipped using the prepaid label provided by our representative.
Texas Ordnance Company covers shipping and insurance charges for the return of a firearm or part if the related claim is valid for warranty work. In cases where the original serial number cannot be fixed, a new one will be sent out, but it must go through an FFL for transfer back to the customer, with an additional background check completed at the time of transfer. Texas Ordnance Company is not responsible for transfer fees at the FFL.
